Here’s an Overview of the Comprehensive Implementation and Integration Process:
Product Demonstration – Encompass will bring Encompass POS or Clover1 POS technology to you and demonstrate the features of each system and how they can benefit your business.
Prompt Proposal – No matter which system you pursue, Encompass will promptly provide a proposal that includes easy, affordable financing options and NO MONEY DOWN, to accommodate your budget.
Custom Integration – With proposal approval, Encompass will meet with you to understand current systems and processes that can benefit from the new technology. Encompass will load menus, product lists, pricing, and other relevant transactional data into the system and customize it to the way you conduct business.
With a completely customized POS system in place, Encompass will schedule an install date that’s convenient for you to avoid any business interruption.
Installation and Live Run – Encompass POS will manage the installation of the entire POS system including all connectivity. This includes staff training and on-site technical support to help manage immediate questions or concerns with the new POS technology. A “live run” will put the new system to the test of real-world transactions to help ensure that the technology is functioning properly and that systems and staff productivity are improved.
